Článek 1

2. Hraniční xxxxxx xx skládá z 12 členů. Každá xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx předsedu xxx xxxxxxxx v Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxx xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx každé xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx 4 xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

3. Xxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx jsou xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxx.

4. Xxxxxxx xxxxxx se do xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxx vstupu x xxxxxxxx xxxx Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx uvědomí x xxxxxxx svých xxxxxxxx. Toutéž xxxxxx xx xxxxx informovat x změnách xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

5. Pro xxxxx v Hraniční xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx delegace přizvat xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxx.

Xxxxxx 2

1. Hraniční xxxxxx přísluší xxxxxxx:

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x provádět xxxxx článku 7 xxxxxxxx 1 Smlouvy společné xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx hraniční xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxx článku 8 xxxxxxxx 2 Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx;

x) zjišťovat x vytyčovat xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx čáry x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x článcích 3 x 4 Xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx o xxx xxxxxxxx dokumenty;

d) xxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx prací ve xxxxxx ustanovení písmen x) xx x) x xxxx xxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx směrnice xxx xxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxx průběhu státních xxxxxx, xxxxx i xxxxx zápisů x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx hranic xx xxxxxx článku 7 xxxxxxxx 2 a článku 11 xxxxxxxx 7 Xxxxxxx;

2. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx se xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxx států, pokud xx předsedové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx jinak.

Článek 7
