2. Hraniční komise xx skládá z 12 členů. Xxxxx xx smluvních xxxxx xxxxxxx předsedu xxx xxxxxxxx v Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxx xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx ústřední xxxxxx xxxxx smluvní xxxxxx jmenují 4 xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

3. Xxx předsedové x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx jsou xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx styk.

1. Hraniční xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx:

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxx článku 7 xxxxxxxx 1 Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx hraniční xxxx xx hraničních xxxxxxx xxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x provádět xxxxx článku 8 xxxxxxxx 2 Xxxxxxx společné xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxxx x vytyčovat xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx x případech x xxxxx zásad uvedených x článcích 3 x 4 Xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx o xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx;

x) xxxxxxxx xxxx a způsob xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx písmen x) xx x) x tyto xxxxx xxxxx x kontrolovat;

2. Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx hradí náklady xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx v Xxxxxxxx komisi, včetně xxxxxxx xx své xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxx. Xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx komise xxxxx xxxxxxx strany, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxx.
