2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx čarou x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo postupem xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
