"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx a Rady (XX) 2017/2398 ze xxx 12. xxxxxxxx 2017, kterou se xxxx směrnice 2004/37/XX x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx riziky spojenými x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům xxxx mutagenům při xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Rady (EU) 2019/130 xx xxx 16. ledna 2019, xxxxxx se xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/XX x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům nebo xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.".
2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx zavedení xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx zaměstnance xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx úroveň x práce xxxxxxxxx xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). 3. X §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx závodní xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx v rozsahu xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
