2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí být xxxxxxxx zaměstnance xxxxxxx xx co nejnižší xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx úroveň x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx nevyžaduje x xxxxx, které xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx xxxx xxx 4 xxxxxx xx směnu.
