2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit chemickou xxxxxx nebo postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx x kontrolovaném xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx vykonávány xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx xxxx xxx 4 xxxxxx xx xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx se xxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx ve venkovním xxxxxxxxx x případě xxxxxxxx emisním výfukovým xxxxxx ze vznětových xxxxxx xxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx ropné xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx k xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.

3. X §21 odst. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx péče" nahrazují xxxxx "pracovnělékařských xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx v rozsahu xxxxx poskytovatelem xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
4. V §25 xxxxxxxx 9 xxx:
"(9) Xxx rizikové xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx fyzická xxxxx xxxx pracovní xxxxxx, může xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx hodnocení xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx autorizace x vyšetření x xxxxx fyziologie xxxxx xxxxx §83x xxxx. 1 písm. i) xxxxxx o ochraně xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9). Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx musí xxxxxxxxx xxxxx o charakteru xxxxx, xxxxx výkonu xxxxx, xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx x manipulovaném xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx práce a xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, pohlaví xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx rotaci xx xxxxxxxxxxxx pracovních xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx k xxxxxxxxxx prostředí, xxxxx xxxx pořízena.
