"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx a Rady (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. xxxxxxxx 2017, xxxxxx se xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/XX x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx spojenými x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům xxxx mutagenům xxx xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Evropského parlamentu x Xxxx (XX) 2019/130 xx xxx 16. xxxxx 2019, xxxxxx xx mění xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x xxxxxxx zaměstnanců xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx s xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.".
2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou č. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xx nejnižší xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx úroveň x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). 3. V §21 odst. 6 xxxx. j) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx závodní xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx pracovnělékařských xxxxxx".
4. X §25 xxxxxxxx 9 zní:
"(9) Xxx rizikové xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx fyzická xxxxx nebo pracovní xxxxxx, může xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx autorizace x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx fyziologie xxxxx xxxxx §83x xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
