2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx z technických xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx v kontrolovaném xxxxx28).
