1. Na xxxxx xxxxxxxx pod xxxxx x. 1 se xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx
"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx a Rady (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. xxxxxxxx 2017, kterou xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x ochraně zaměstnanců xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x expozicí xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx při xxxxx.

2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 včetně xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx uzavřeném xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou úroveň x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28).
