"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
