"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. xxxxxxxx 2017, kterou xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x ochraně xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx spojenými x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům xxxx xxxxxxxxx při xxxxx.

2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 včetně poznámky xxx čarou x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit chemickou xxxxxx nebo postupem xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
