2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. a) xxxxx x technických xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. 3. V §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx službách xxxxxxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxx xxxxx poskytovatelem xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
