2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 28 zní:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. a) xxxxx z technických xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx jejich používání xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x práce prováděna xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28).
