2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 písm. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit chemickou xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud je xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx zaměstnance snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení kontrolovaného xxxxx se xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, které xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx xxxx xxx 4 hodiny xx xxxxx.
