2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. a) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx úroveň x práce prováděna xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). 3. V §21 odst. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx péče" nahrazují xxxxx "pracovnělékařských xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x rozsahu xxxxx poskytovatelem pracovnělékařských xxxxxx".
4. V §25 xxxxxxxx 9 xxx:
"(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx faktory, xxxxx xxxx fyzická xxxxx xxxx pracovní xxxxxx, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx kategorie xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx držitelem xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §83a xxxx. 1 xxxx. i) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
