1. Na xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 1 xx xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx
"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (XX) 2017/2398 ze xxx 12. prosince 2017, xxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/XX x ochraně zaměstnanců xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx při xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx parlamentu x Rady (XX) 2019/130 xx xxx 16. xxxxx 2019, xxxxxx se mění xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES o xxxxxxx zaměstnanců před xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx karcinogenům nebo xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.".
2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x práce xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). "(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx pracovní xxxxxx, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxx práce xx xxxxx kategorie na xxxxxxx odborného hodnocení xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx v xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §83a xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
