2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky uzavřeném xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xx nejnižší xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx úroveň x práce xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx se nevyžaduje x xxxxx, které xxxx vykonávány xxxxxxxxxx, xx je méně xxx 4 hodiny xx xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx pásma xx xxxx nevyžaduje x xxxxx ve venkovním xxxxxxxxx x případě xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx výfukovým xxxxxx ze vznětových xxxxxx xxxxx při xxxxxxxxx ropných uhlovodíků, xxxxx jsou xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx používány x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.

3. V §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxx závodní xxxxxxxxxxx péče" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x rozsahu xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
4. X §25 xxxxxxxx 9 xxx:
"(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx fyzická xxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx kategorie xx xxxxxxx odborného xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x vyšetření v xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §83x odst. 1 písm. x) xxxxxx x ochraně xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
