2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí být xxxxxxxx zaměstnance xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou úroveň x práce xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx nevyžaduje x xxxxx, které xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xx je méně xxx 4 hodiny xx směnu. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx pásma xx xxxx nevyžaduje x xxxxx ve xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx ze vznětových xxxxxx xxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx používány x xxxxxx spalovacích xxxxxx.

3. V §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. x) xx xxxxx "rozsahu závodní xxxxxxxxxxx péče" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxx xxxxx poskytovatelem pracovnělékařských xxxxxx".
4. X §25 xxxxxxxx 9 zní:
"(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx jsou xxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, může zaměstnavatel xxxxxxx xxxxx do xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx odborného xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx autorizace x vyšetření x xxxxx fyziologie práce xxxxx §83x xxxx. 1 xxxx. i) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx zdraví9).
