1. Xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 1 xx xx samostatném řádku xxxxxxxx věty
"Směrnice Evropského xxxxxxxxxx x Rady (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. prosince 2017, kterou xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x ochraně xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx riziky xxxxxxxxx x expozicí xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx při xxxxx.

2. X §18 odstavec 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 písm. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud je xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx být xxxxxxxx zaměstnance xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx x kontrolovaném xxxxx28). Zřízení xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx vykonávány xxxxxxxxxx, xx xx xxxx xxx 4 xxxxxx xx směnu.
