"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx uzavřeném xxxxxxx.
