2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x výsledků hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx je xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.
