2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx č. 28 xxx:
"(2) Jestliže x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, že používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zajistit, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x kontrolovaném xxxxx28). Zřízení kontrolovaného xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx krátkodobě, xx xx xxxx xxx 4 xxxxxx xx směnu.
