1. Na xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 1 xx xx samostatném xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx
"Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (XX) 2017/2398 xx xxx 12. prosince 2017, xxxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2004/37/XX x ochraně xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx riziky xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxx (EU) 2019/130 ze xxx 16. xxxxx 2019, xxxxxx xx mění xxxxxxxx 2004/37/ES x xxxxxxx zaměstnanců před xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx s xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxx xxx práci.".
2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 zní:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx hodnocení xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx látek uvedených x §16 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nahradit chemickou xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel zajistit, xxx jejich používání xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xx technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, x technologicky xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx-xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx snížena xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx dosažitelnou xxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28).
