2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 včetně xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx látek xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. a) xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx chemickou xxxxxx xxxx postupem xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx byly xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxxx uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li zavedení xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxx prováděna xxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx28). 3. X §21 xxxx. 6 xxxx. j) xx xxxxx "rozsahu xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx péče" nahrazují xxxxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x rozsahu xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx".
4. X §25 xxxxxxxx 9 zní:
"(9) Xxx xxxxxxxx faktory, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx pracovní xxxxxx, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxx práce xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx odborného hodnocení xxxxxxxxxxx držitelem xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §83x xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxxx x ochraně xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx9).
