2. X §18 xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxxx poznámky xxx xxxxx č. 28 xxx:
"(2) Xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx používání xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §16 odst. 1 xxxx. x) xxxxx z technických xxxxxx nahradit xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1, xxxx zaměstnavatel xxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxx používání xxxx výroba xxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud je xx technicky uskutečnitelné, x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Není-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx systému technicky xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, musí xxx xxxxxxxx zaměstnance xxxxxxx xx co xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x práce xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x kontrolovaném xxxxx28).
