Vyhláška xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx č. 60/1980 Sb., x udělování xxxxxxxx k xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx činnosti a x provádění xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx zahraničními xxxxxxx, xx doplňuje xxxxx:

§5 se xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx 3, xxxxx xxx:

"(3) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx¹⁾ může xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxx xxx xxxxxx závazků xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x přímých xxxxxxxx xxxx československými xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, které xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x zahraničně xxxxxxxx činnosti, a xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx Xxxx vzájemné xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx k xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx alespoň xxxxxxx xxxxx takového xxxxx nebo takových xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.".
