§5 se xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx 3, xxxxx xxx:

"(3) Xxxxxxxxxx zahraničního xxxxxxx¹⁾ xxxx bez xxxxxxxx vyvážet x xxxxxxx zboží a xxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxx xxx plnění xxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx vztazích xxxx československými právnickými xxxxxxx, xxxxx nemají xxxxxxxx x zahraničně xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, a xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx států Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx k vývozu xxxx dovozu xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.".
