Vyhláška č. 164/2002 Sb., x xxxxxxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxx banky - Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx znění xxxxxxxx x. 292/2010 Sb., xx xxxx xxxxx:

1. Xxxxxxxx xxx čarou x. 1 xx 3 xx xxxxxxx, x xx xxxxxx xxxxxx na poznámky xxx xxxxx.

2. X §3 se xx xxxxx odstavce 2 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x doplňuje xx xxxxxxx d), které xxx:

„x) xxxxx, o xxxxx je xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx, x xx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx anebo xxx xxxxx provádění xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.“.

3. X §3 xxxxxxxx 6 zní:

4. X §3 xx xx odstavec 6 vkládá xxxxxxxx 7, který xxx:

„(7) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx odkladu x xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 6 xxxx o změnách xxxxxx kontaktních údajů.“.

Dosavadní xxxxxxxx 7 x 8 se označují xxxx xxxxxxxx 8 x 9.
