Vyhláška č. 164/2002 Sb., x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx České xxxxxxx xxxxx - Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxx vyhlášky x. 292/2010 Sb., xx mění xxxxx:

1. Xxxxxxxx pod xxxxx x. 1 xx 3 xx zrušují, x to xxxxxx xxxxxx na xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.

2. X §3 se na xxxxx odstavce 2 xxxxx nahrazuje čárkou x xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx d), xxxxx xxx:

„x) osoby, o xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxxx, x xx pro xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx legalizaci xxxxxx z xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx mezinárodních xxxxxx.“.

3. V §3 xxxxxxxx 6 zní:

4. V §3 xx xx odstavec 6 vkládá xxxxxxxx 7, xxxxx xxx:

„(7) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx informuje Xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx osob xxxxx xxxxxxxx 6 xxxx o změnách xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx.“.
