Xxxxxxxx č. 164/2002 Sb., x podmínkách xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx - Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx x. 292/2010 Xx., xx xxxx xxxxx:

1. Xxxxxxxx pod xxxxx x. 1 až 3 se xxxxxxx, x to xxxxxx xxxxxx na xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.

2. X §3 xx na xxxxx xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxx nahrazuje čárkou x doplňuje se xxxxxxx d), které xxx:

„x) osoby, x xxxxx je xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx, x to pro xxxxx provádění xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx proti legalizaci xxxxxx z xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxx provádění mezinárodních xxxxxx.“.

3. X §3 xxxxxxxx 6 zní:

„(6) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx určí xxxxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx k xxxxxxxx x zajišťující věcnou x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x Xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx.“.

4. V §3 xx xx odstavec 6 xxxxxx odstavec 7, xxxxx xxx:

„(7) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx národní xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx odkladu x xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 6 xxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx.“.
