1. Xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 1 xx 3 xx xxxxxxx, x xx včetně xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.

2. V §3 xx na xxxxx odstavce 2 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx čárkou x xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx d), xxxxx xxx:

4. X §3 xx xx xxxxxxxx 6 vkládá odstavec 7, který xxx:
