1. Xxxxxxxx pod xxxxx x. 1 xx 3 se zrušují, x to xxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxx čarou.

2. V §3 xx na xxxxx odstavce 2 xxxxx nahrazuje xxxxxx x doplňuje xx xxxxxxx x), xxxxx xxx:
