Xxxxxxxx č. 164/2002 Sb., x xxxxxxxxxx přístupu x informacím x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxx banky - Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx znění vyhlášky x. 292/2010 Sb., xx mění xxxxx:

1. Xxxxxxxx pod čarou x. 1 xx 3 xx zrušují, x to xxxxxx xxxxxx xx poznámky xxx xxxxx.

2. V §3 xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxx nahrazuje čárkou x xxxxxxxx se xxxxxxx x), které xxx:

„x) xxxxx, o xxxxx xx informace xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx, x xx pro xxxxx provádění některých xxxxxxxx proti xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo proti xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.“.

4. V §3 xx xx xxxxxxxx 6 vkládá xxxxxxxx 7, xxxxx xxx:

„(7) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxxxxxx banku xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x určení osob xxxxx odstavce 6 xxxx o xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx.“.
