Vyhláška č. 164/2002 Sb., x xxxxxxxxxx přístupu x informacím x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx - Xxxxxxxxx registr xxxxx, xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx x. 292/2010 Xx., xx mění takto:

1. Xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx x. 1 xx 3 xx zrušují, x xx včetně xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx.

2. X §3 xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 2 xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx se xxxxxxx x), xxxxx xxx:

„x) xxxxx, o xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx v registru, x to xxx xxxxx provádění xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx proti xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x trestné xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.“.

3. V §3 xxxxxxxx 6 zní:

„(6) Xxxxxxxx registru určí xxxxxxx dvě xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx x registru x zajišťující xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx komunikaci x Českou národní xxxxxx.“.

4. V §3 xx xx odstavec 6 vkládá odstavec 7, který xxx:

„(7) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx národní banku xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 6 xxxx o změnách xxxxxx kontaktních xxxxx.“.

Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 7 x 8 xx označují xxxx xxxxxxxx 8 x 9.
