§2

§3

Xxxxxxx při nedodržení xxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx službu xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") ujednaný xxxxxx opravy x xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx náhrady 200 Xx za xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx xxxx podnikatel xxxxx smlouvy xxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx případ, že xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx ujednaných xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx, x xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx 200 Xx, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx věty první, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx odpovídající xxxx takového xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Xx.
