§1

(1) Dojde-li k xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx, xxxx výše paušální xxxxxxx 200 Kč xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem trvání xxxxxxxx xxxxxx účastníku xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Xx.

(3) Je-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx více xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx-xx x xxxxxxxx x více xxx deseti xxxxx, xxxx výše paušální xxxxxxx podle odstavců 1 x 2 xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxx číslo xxxxxxxx sazby xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2.

§2

§3

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx veřejnou xxxxxxxxxxx xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") ujednaný xxxxxx opravy a xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx však xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx právo xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx případ, xx xx xxxxxxxx neposkytne xx ujednaných xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx při provedení xxxxxx x instalace, x výše tohoto xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx 200 Xx, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za první xxxxxxxx den xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx první, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx odpovídající xxxx takového plnění, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Xx.
