§1

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx ve výši 400 Kč.

§2

Xxxxxxx při zneužití xxxxxxx čísla nebo xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx k internetu

Při xxxxxxxx přenosu xxxxx xxxx zneužití změny xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 600 Kč xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xx který trvá xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xxxxx poskytovatele služby xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxxx xxx nedodržení xxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li podnikatel xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx komunikační xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx komunikací nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx služby přístupu x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "podnikatel") ujednaný xxxxxx opravy a xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxx plnění xxx xxxxxx, xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx při provedení xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, x xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx přesahuje částku 200 Kč, náleží xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx náhrady xxxxx xxxx první, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Xx.
