§1

(1) Dojde-li k xxxxxxxxx čísla nebo xx změně xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Kč xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx náleží xxxxxxxxx xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Kč.

(3) Xx-xx xxxxxxxx převáděno více xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx-xx x xxxxxxxx x xxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx podle odstavců 1 x 2 xx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx další xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2.

§2

Při xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx čísla xxxx zneužití změny xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx paušální xxxxxxx 600 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xx který xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx zneužitím xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x internetu.

§3

Xxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx služby přístupu x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "podnikatel") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx náhrady 200 Xx xx každý xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení. Xx-xx xxxx podnikatel xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx obdobné plnění xxx případ, xx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx provedení xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, x xxxx tohoto xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Kč, náleží xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx den prodlení, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx věty první, xxxxxxxx náhrada odpovídající xxxx takového xxxxxx, xxxxxxx však 1 000 Xx.
