§1

(1) Dojde-li k xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu x xxxxxxxxx se xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx dnem xxxxxx xxxxxxxx náleží xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Kč.

§2

Náhrada při zneužití xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x internetu

Při xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx čísla xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x internetu činí xxxx paušální náhrady 600 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx čísla xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx x internetu.

§3

Xxxxxxx xxx nedodržení xxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx komunikační xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx komunikací xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu x internetu (dále xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") xxxxxxxx xxxxxx opravy a xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx den xxxxxxxx. Xx-xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx smlouvy xxxxx xx obdobné xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx, xx xx účastník neposkytne xx xxxxxxxxxx podmínek xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x instalace, x xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Xx, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx první xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx takového xxxxxx, xxxxxxx však 1 000 Kč.
