§2

§3

Xxxxxxx při nedodržení xxxxxxx opravy a xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx komunikací xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") ujednaný xxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx, činí xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx.
