§1

(1) Xxxxx-xx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx přístupu k xxxxxxxxx xx zpožděním, xxxx xxxx paušální xxxxxxx 200 Xx xx každý započatý xxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx trvání xxxxxxxx náleží xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx paušální xxxxxxx xx xxxx 400 Xx.

(3) Je-li xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx jednoho xxxxxxxxx x dojde-li x xxxxxxxx u xxxx xxx deseti čísel, xxxx xxxx paušální xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2 xx xxxxxxxxx a xxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 x 2.

§2

Náhrada xxx zneužití xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x internetu

Při xxxxxxxx přenosu xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx služby xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx činí xxxx paušální xxxxxxx 600 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx den, xx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xxxxx poskytovatele služby xxxxxxxx k xxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx nebo poskytující xxxxxxx dostupnou službu xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x internetu (dále xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") ujednaný xxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx náhrady 200 Xx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx den prodlení. Xx-xx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx právo xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx případ, xx xx xxxxxxxx neposkytne xx ujednaných xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx při provedení xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx, x xxxx tohoto xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Xx, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxx 1 000 Kč.
