§1

§2

§3

Náhrada při nedodržení xxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx

(1) Nedodrží-li xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx komunikační xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx službu xxxxxxxxxxxxxx komunikací nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx služby přístupu x xxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx") ujednaný xxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx, činí xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 200 Xx za xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx prodlení. Xx-xx xxxx podnikatel xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx obdobné xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx, že xx účastník xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x instalace, x xxxx tohoto xxxxxx přesahuje xxxxxx 200 Kč, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za první xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx paušální xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx plnění, xxxxxxx však 1 000 Xx.
