1. X §3 xxxx. 8 xx xxxxx "xxxx x veřejné xxxxxx" xxxxxxx.

2. X §5 xxxx. 5 xx xxxxx "xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx plnění" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "částka xxxxxxxxxxxx 70 % xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx z důvodu xxxxx xx obydlí x xxxxxxxx živelní xxxxxxx,".

3. X §7 xxxxxxxx 2 zní:

"(2) Xxxxxxx nelze xxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx příjemci xxxxx xxxxxxxxx státem. Xxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx škody na xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, sníží xx xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx odpovídající 70 % pojistného plnění.".

4. X §9 xxxxxxxx 1 xxx:

"(1) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx k xxxxxx xxxx k xxxxxx xxxxxx, xx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxx na xxxxx xxxxx převést xxxxx xx souhlasem Xxxxx. Xxxx xx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx k obydlí xxxx k novému xxxxxx pouze x xxxxxxx, že
