1. V §3 odst. 8 xx slova "nebo x veřejné sbírky" xxxxxxx.

2. X §5 xxxx. 5 se xxxxx "xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "částka odpovídající 70 % xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, které xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx,".

3. X §7 xxxxxxxx 2 xxx:

"(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx čerpat xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx-xx pojišťovna x xxxxxx škody xx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx odpovídající 70 % xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.".
