1. X §3 xxxx. 8 xx slova "xxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx" xxxxxxx.

2. V §5 xxxx. 5 xx xxxxx "xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxxxx odpovídající 70 % xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx pojišťovna xxxxxxxx x důvodu xxxxx xx obydlí x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx,".

3. V §7 xxxxxxxx 2 xxx:

"(2) Xxxxxxx nelze čerpat xx úhradu xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx státem. Xxxxxxxx-xx pojišťovna x xxxxxx xxxxx na xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx, sníží xx xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx 70 % xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.".

4. X §9 odstavec 1 xxx:
