(1) Provozovatel xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx odběru xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx x využití odpadních xxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx, xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx pokrytí xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx osoby, xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx plnění.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx podle §38e xxxx. 3 xxxxxx, x xx zejména xxxxxx xxxxxx, za xxxxx xx příspěvek xxxxxxx, jeho splatnost, xxxxx příspěvku x xxxxxx stanovení aktuální xxxx xxxxxxxxx povinné xxxxx.

(1) Roční xxxxxx o plnění xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx odběru xxxxxxxxx xx xxx 2015 xx vypracuje xxxxx §2 xxxxxxxx x. 465/2013 Sb., x xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxx xx Seznamu xxxxxxxxx xxxx v oblasti xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x obsahu roční xxxxxx o plnění xxxxxxxxxx zpětného odběru xxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxx §4 xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx na xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx zprávy x xxxxxx povinnosti xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx 2016.

§8
