§5

Způsob provedení xxxxxxxx xxxxxx pneumatik

Při zpětném xxxxxx pneumatik xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxx jejich xxxxxxx xx shromažďovacích xxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx až xx xxxxxxxx jejich xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxx chráněny xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx, a to xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx čase x xxxxx.

§6

Podmínky xxxxxxxxxxx zpětného xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxx kolektivním xxxxxx povinností

(1) Provozovatel xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx zpětného odběru xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx odpadních xxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx, aby xxxx zabezpečeno xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx rizik, xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx smlouvu x xxxxxxxxx plnění.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx odvodu xxxxxxxxx podle §38e xxxx. 3 xxxxxx, x xx zejména xxxxxx xxxxxx, xx xxxxx je příspěvek xxxxxxx, jeho xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx stanovení xxxxxxxx xxxx příspěvku xxxxxxx xxxxx.

(3) Xxxxxxxxxx příspěvku xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xx xx to, že xxxxxxx xxxxx zajistila xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx finančních xxxxx spojených xx xxxxxxx odběrem xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

(4) Výše xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxx jako xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx pneumatik xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx osobou xx xxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 2 x sazby xxxxxxxxx.

(5) Xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx s xxxxxxx xx výši předpokládaných xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxx, zpracování x xxxxxxx xxxxxxx kilogramu xxxxxxxxx a xxxxx xx informačních kampaních xxxxxxx osoby xxxxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.
