Xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx musí xxx zabezpečeno, xx xxxxxx odebrané pneumatiky xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xx shromažďovacích místech xxxx ve xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xx do xxxxxxxx jejich předání xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx, x xx xxxxxxxx odpovídajícím potřebám x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxx x xxxxx.

§6

(1) Provozovatel xxxxxxxxxxxx systému xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx pneumatik, zpracování x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx, xxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx rizika xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, se xxxxxx xxxxxxx smlouvu x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxxxx kolektivního xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx §38e xxxx. 3 xxxxxx, x to zejména xxxxxx xxxxxx, xx xxxxx xx příspěvek xxxxxxx, xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx příspěvku x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx aktuální xxxx příspěvku povinné xxxxx.
