§5

§6

Podmínky xxxxxxxxxxx zpětného xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx s odpadními xxxxxxxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx stanoví xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx zpětného odběru xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx odpadních xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxx, aby xxxx zabezpečeno pokrytí xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx osoby, se xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx plnění.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx §38e xxxx. 3 xxxxxx, x xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx období, za xxxxx xx příspěvek xxxxxxx, jeho splatnost, xxxxx příspěvku x xxxxxx stanovení xxxxxxxx xxxx příspěvku xxxxxxx xxxxx.
