(8) Xxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxx výchozích látek xxxx posouzených a xxxxxxxxxx xx úrovni Xxxxxxxxxxxx existují také xxxxxxxx x výchozí xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx v xxxxxx xxxxxxxx státě, xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx výborem xxx xxxxxxxxx a xx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx do xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx bude xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x dočasně xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxx.

(9) Xxxxxxxxx seznam xxxxxx není úplný, xxxxx neobsahuje xxxxxxx xxxxx, které xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxx ve xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx přijetí rozhodnutí x xxxxxx zařazení xx seznamu Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(10) Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxx látky. Xxxxxxx xxxxx, pro xxxxx xxxx být nutné xxxxxxxxx specifikací, xxxx xxxxxx podléhají xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx Společenství.

(13) Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx předmětu xx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx migrace. Za xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx by xxxx mělo xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx stanovením xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx než xxxxxxxxxx velikosti specifické xxxxxxx.

(14) X xxxxxxxx xxxx plastů umožňují xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx údajích xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx určitých xxxxxxxx, x vyhnout xx xxx složitému, xxxxxxxxxx a časově xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(15) Celkový xxxxxxxx xxxxx je xxxxx inertnosti xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx nepřijatelnými změnami; xxxx stanovením xx xxxxx snižuje xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxx omezení, xxxx xx xxxxxxxx účinná xxxxxxxx.

(16) Xxxxxxxx Xxxx 78/142/XXX [6] stanoví xxxxxx xxx množství xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx v xxxxxxxxxxx a předmětech x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxx xxxxx x pro množství xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x předměty x směrnice Komise 80/766/XXX [7] x 81/432/XXX [8] stanoví xxxxxxxxxx metody Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxx kontrolu xxxxxx xxxxxx.

(17) S xxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx čl. 6 xxxx. 5 xxxxxxxx 89/109/XXX, kdykoliv xx odborně xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x předměty x xxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx x potravinami.
