(9) Stávající xxxxxx xxxxxx není úplný, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, které xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx x jednom xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx státech; tyto xxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x jejich xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(10) Xxxx xxxxxxxx stanoví xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxx látky. Xxxxxxx xxxxx, pro které xxxx být nutné xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, tedy xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx předpisům až xx přijetí xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(15) Celkový xxxxxxxx limit xx xxxxx inertnosti materiálu, xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx nepřijatelnými změnami; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx snižuje potřeba xxxxxxx počtu xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
