(9) Stávající xxxxxx xxxxxx není xxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx všechny xxxxx, xxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx v xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx státech; xxxx xxxxx tedy mohou xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx až xx xxxxxxx rozhodnutí x jejich xxxxxxxx xx seznamu Xxxxxxxxxxxx.

(10) Xxxx směrnice stanoví xxxxxxxxxxx pouze pro xxxxxxx xxxxx. Ostatní xxxxx, xxx xxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx specifikací, tedy xxxxxx podléhají xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xx xxxxxxx rozhodnutí xx xxxxxx Společenství.

(13) Xxxxxxxxx množství xxxxx v xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo předmětu xx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx velikosti její xxxxxxxxxx migrace. Xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxxx být xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx dodržování xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx velikosti xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.

(14) U určitých xxxx plastů xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx modely xxxxxxxx xx experimentálních xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx velikost xxxxxxx xxxxx za xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, x vyhnout xx tak xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(15) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx limit je xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx materiálu, xxxxxx xxxxxxx potravin xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx změnami; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx počtu xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx limitů nebo xxxxxx omezení, čímž xx umožněna xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
