(4) Xxxxxx působnosti xxxx xxxxxxxx xx musí xxxxxxxx x oblastí xxxxxxxxxx směrnice Xxxx 82/711/XXX [4].
(5) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxx směrnici se xxxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx tyto xxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
(6) Xxxxxxxx xx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx za xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xx xxxxxx a xxxx být vyňaty x definice plastů.
