(4) Xxxxxx působnosti xxxx xxxxxxxx xx musí xxxxxxxx x oblastí xxxxxxxxxx směrnice Xxxx 82/711/XXX [4].

(5) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxx směrnici se xxxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx tyto xxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(14) U xxxxxxxx xxxx plastů xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx obecně xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx migrace xxxxx za xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, x xxxxxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx zkoušení.

(15) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx je xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxx xxxxxxxxxx se xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nebo xxxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxx xx umožněna xxxxxx xxxxxxxx.
