(1) Za xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx praxi x xxxxxx souvisejícím x xxxxxxxxx zvířat2) se xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx těchto xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx:
x) xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx a xxxx x xx před xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx
x) xxxxxxxxxx zvířat xxx xxxxx omráčení xxxx xxxxxxxx.
(2) Xx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx x usmrcování xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx2) se xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.

x) jde-li x použití elektrod, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx impedanci a xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxx neprochází xxxxxxxxxx minimální xxxxx, xxxx xxxx být xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx ukazujícím xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx x jednoho zvířete, x xxxx být xxxxxxx xx zařízení xxxxxxxxx napětí x xxxxxxxxx proudu, xxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxx, xxx na xx xxxxxxx způsobilá xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx, x

Xxxx xxxxxxx o udělení xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx pro potřeby xxxxxx nebo náboženských xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx náboženské xxxxxx stanoví xxxxxxxx xxxxxx porážky xxxxxx, xx xxxxxx x příloze č. 3 x xxxx xxxxxxxx.
