§2

Rozsah xxxxxxxxx

(1) Řád xx xxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx plavidla xxx xxxxxxx vlajky, xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx republiky.

(2) Řád xxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxxx předpisy x xxxxxx, xxxxx xx xxxxxxx vztahují xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx (xxxx X.),

x) xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx (část XX.),

§3

Přechodná xxxxxxxxxx

(1) Barva x intenzita xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxx signalizaci xxxxxxxx musí xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx podle xxxxxxxxxx xx. 1.01, 3.14 x 3.15 a xxxxxxx č. 9 Xxxx nejpozději xx 1. ledna 1976.

(2) Xxxxxxx signály plavidel xxxx xxxxxxxxx požadavkům xxxxx ustanovení xx. 4.01 x xxxxxxx x. 9 Xxxx xxxxxxxxxx od 1. xxxxx 1975, xxxxx xxxx požadavky nemusely xxx xxxxxxx již xxxxx dřívějších xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.²⁾
