§1

(1) Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x zahraničně obchodní xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxx §6 odst. 6 xxxx. b) xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x rámci xxxxxx oprávnění k xxxxxxxxxx obchodní činnosti xx smluvní xxxxxxx x xxxxxx x xxxxxx ohledně xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx zboží*) xxxx výkonu xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx organizace, xxx xxxxx se xx xxxxxxxxxx dovoz nebo xxxxx zboží nebo xxxxx xxxxxxxx, mají x xxxxxxxxx československé xxxxx zajištěny koupí xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx**) xxxxxxxx prostředky, xxxxx jsou xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx. Xxxx obecné xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx při xxxxxxxxx potřebných xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx související x xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxx právních xxxxxx.

§2

§3
