§1

Xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx společnost xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxx x Xxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx"), x jejímuž xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx ministerstva xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxx 17. prosince 1968, xx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx zahraničního obchodu xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx x §2.

§2

X oprávnění podniku xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx zařízení, xxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx dodávek, pokud xx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx v xxxxx odstavci.

(2) Xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx provádět xxxxxxxx činnost souvisící x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

§3

§4

Technoexport, xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx,*) se ke xxx 1. ledna 1969 xxxxxxx se xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx. Xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx přecházejí xx společnost, která xx tak xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx nástupcem.
