§3

Výdajové xxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxx x xxxxx národního xxxxxxxxx x ve xxxxxx správě, ať xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx být prováděny xxx pokud je xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx; xxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxx upraví xxxxxxxxx vybírání dávek x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx výbory.

§7

Úvěrová xxxxxxxx

Xxxxxxx financí xx xxxxxxxx,

x) aby xxxxxxx xxxxxxx operace xxxxxxxx ke xxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx;
