Xxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx §6 xxxx. 2 xxxxxx x. 96/1950 Xx., x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx (dále jen "xxxxx"):
§1
(1) X působnosti Xxxxxxx pracujícího dorostu xx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx výbory xxxxxxxxx těchto xxxxx:
x) xxxx o hmotné xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx pracujícího xxxxxxx [§3 písm. x) xxxxxx] a
b) xxxxx xx provádění xxxxxxxx týkajících xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx [§3 písm. x) xxxxxx].
(2) Xxxxxx dozor x řízení xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx 1 zůstávají Xxxxxxx pracujícího dorostu.
§2
Vyžaduje-li xxxx xxxxxx xxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §1 okresnímu xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.
§3
