Vláda republiky Xxxxxxxxxxxxxx nařizuje xxxxx §6 xxxx. 2 xxxxxx x. 96/1950 Xx., x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx (dále jen "xxxxx"):
§1
(1) X působnosti Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx přenáší na xxxxxxx národní výbory xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx úkolů:
a) xxxx x hmotné xxxxxxxxx výchovy pracujícího xxxxxxx [§3 písm. x) xxxxxx] a
b) xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx dorostu [§3 písm. h) xxxxxx].
(2) Vrchní xxxxx x xxxxxx ve xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx 1 zůstávají Xxxxxxx pracujícího dorostu.
§2
Vyžaduje-li toho xxxxxx xxxx, uloží xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx uvedených x §1 okresnímu xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.
§3
