1. Ustanovení §1 xxxx. 3 xxx:

"(3) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx rozumějí xxxx, xxxxxxxxx x pískovny x xxxxxx provádějící xxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxx, kladení xxxxx x obkladaček, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx, xxxxxx v xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx, chladící x xxxxxxx, jakož x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx."

2. Xxxxxxxxxx §1 odst. 4 xxx:

"(4) Za xxxxxx x závodní xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 2 x 3 xx xxxxxxxx veškerá xxxxxxxx xxxxx, dílny, xxxxxx a ložiště."

3. X ustanovení §2 xxxx. 3 se x xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx "1. ledna 1947" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "1. xxxxx 1948".

4. X xxxxxxxxxx §3 xx xx odstavec 3 xxxxxx jako xxxxxxxx 4 toto xxxxxxxxxx:

6. Xxxxxxxxxx §8 xxxx. 1 xxx:

"(1) Xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx vyplatiti xxxxxxx po xxxx xxxxxxxx (§7 xxxx. 1) zaměstnanci nejpozději xxx xxxx nastoupením xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx x nich xxx xx xxxx."

7. V xxxxxxxxxx §9 xxxx. 2 písm. x) xx slova "6 xxxxxx" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "3 měsíců".

8. Xxxxxxxxxx §9 xxxx. 3 xxx:

9. X ustanovení §9 xx xx odstavec 3 vkládá xxxx xxxxxxxx 4 xxxx xxxxxxxxxx:

10. Vzor lístku xx dovolenou (xxxxxxx X) xx doplňuje x horní xxxxx xxxxxx, vyhrazeného pro xxxxxxx zaměstnavatele, předtiskem "Xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxx 1. xxxxx 1948:.....xxxxx."
