§9 xxxx. 3 zní:

"(3) Xxx částečném osvobození xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 5 Xxx, xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx 15 Xxx. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx přiznat účastníkům

a) xxxxxxxx důchodcům, xxxxxxx xxxxxx spolu x xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx 11&xxxx;400 Xxx ročně,
