§2

Odborná xxxxxxxxxxx

§3

(1) Xxxxxx státní báňské xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx

(2) Xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx osoby, které xxxxxxxxxx hornickou xxxxxxx xxxx činnost prováděnou xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxx"), xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx

x) technického xxxxxx,

x) ostatních xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxx prováděnou xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

Ověřování xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx státní xxxxxx xxxxxx

§4

(1) Pokud xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx⁷⁾&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, ověřuje xxxxxxxx způsobilost xxxxxxxxx xxxx x závodních xxxx x xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx než 500 xxxxx xxx zkouškou xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx; xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx x xxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx nerostu nižší xxx 500 xxxxx xxx,

x) xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx §3 xxxx. 1 písm. x),

x) bezpečnostních techniků,
