1. §3 odst. 3 xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx i), xxxxx xxx:

"x) jde-li x xxxx, také xxxxx, xx xxxxxxx o xxxx, xx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx peněžitá xxxxx (§97x odst. 3) nebo příspěvek xxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.".
