Likvidace se xxxx §70 x xxxx. xxxxxxxxxx zákoníku; xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx přebytek xxxxxxxxxx fondů xx xxxxxxx na Xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx. 2)
