§1

(3) Xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxx, xx xxxxxxx vznikne nadace xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx. 1)

(4) Xx xxxxxx podle xxxxxxxx 1 až 3 xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx kulturních xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, nejde-li x xxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxx i práva x povinnosti z xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxx vztahů.
