Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx stanoví xxxxx §20 xxxx. 5 xxxxxx x. 218/2000 Sb., o xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zákonů (xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx), ve znění xxxxxxxxxx předpisů:
