1. X §1 xxxxxx xxxx ustanovení xxx: „Xxxx vyhláška xxxxxxx xxxxxx, strukturu, formu, xxxxxx a lhůty xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx podle §41 odst. 3 xxxxxx o Xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxx oznamování xxxxx xxxxx §15 odst. 6, §462 až 464, §466 xxxx. 1, 2 x 4, §468 a §469 písm. b) xxxxxx o investičních xxxxxxxxxxxxx a investičních xxxxxxx“.
