§1

Udělovaná xxxxxxx

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx může udělovat xxxx xxxxxxx:

x) Ocenění xxxxxxxx Národní xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx medailové xxxxxxxx xx olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x na Xxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx Mezinárodní xxxxxxxx xxx sport xxxx x mentálním xxxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "Xxxxxx Xxxxx"),

x) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Národní sportovní xxxxxxxx pro nejlepší xxxxxxxxx,

x) Ocenění předsedy Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx realizačního xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx týmu na xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských, deaflympijských xxxxx xxxx na Xxxxxx Games.

§2

Xxxxxxx předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx na olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x na Xxxxxx Xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 písm. x) xx uděluje xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx na olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xx Xxxxxx Games.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx ocenění xxxxxxxxxxxx medailové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Hodnota xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx nesmí xxxxxxxxxx 2 500 000 Xx.

§3

Xxxxxxx předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx sportovce

(1) Ocenění xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx vynikající xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx České xxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx podle §1 písm. b) xxxxx peněžní xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx v xxxxxxx xx 200 000 Xx. Xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx zohledňuje xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx sportovce xxxx xxxxxx mimořádného xxxxxxxxxxx výkonu xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx. Součet hodnot xxxxxx ocenění xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx přesáhnout 2 000 000 Xx.

§3a

Ocenění předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx a členy xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx sportovce xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx na xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hrách xxxx na Xxxxxx Xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xx xxxxxxx trenérovi x xxxxxxx realizačního xxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx týmu, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Games.

(2) Xxxxxxx podle §1 xxxx. x) tvoří xxxxx nebo xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx svěřeného xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx olympijských, paralympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx a xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx medailové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx sportovního xxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx 5 xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx 800 000 Xx.
