§1

Xxxxxxxxx ocenění

Národní xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx může udělovat xxxx xxxxxxx:

x) Ocenění xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx xxx sportovce xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských x deaflympijských hrách x xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx Mezinárodní xxxxxxxx pro sport xxxx x mentálním xxxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "Xxxxxx Games"),

b) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

x) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx týmu xxxxxxxxx xx medailové xxxxxxxx sportovce xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx týmu xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx na Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

Ocenění xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx za medailové xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx a xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 písm. x) xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx na xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx deaflympijských xxxxx nebo na Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xxxxx xxxxx xxxx peněžní xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx umístění xxxxxxxxx na olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx ocenění xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx 2 500 000 Xx.

§3

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Národní xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xx uděluje xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx významné xxxxxxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx nebo xx xxxxxxxxxx reprezentaci České xxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 písm. b) xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xx 200 000 Xx. Xxxx xxxxxxxxx ocenění zohledňuje xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx sportovce xxxx xxxxxx mimořádného xxxxxxxxxxx výkonu nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx. Součet xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx udělených x jednom xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx 2 000 000 Xx.

Xxxxxxx předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx agentury xxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx týmu sportovce xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx sportovního xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. c) xx xxxxxxx trenérovi x xxxxxxx realizačního xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxxx xxxxxx medailové umístění xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hrách nebo xx Global Xxxxx.
