§1

Udělovaná xxxxxxx

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx může xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx:

x) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx medailové xxxxxxxx xx olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xx Global Xxxxx pořádaných Mezinárodní xxxxxxxx pro xxxxx xxxx s xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "Xxxxxx Xxxxx"),

x) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

x) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx trenéry x xxxxx realizačního xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx sportovce xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx na xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských, deaflympijských xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Games.

§2

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxxx za medailové xxxxxxxx xx olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx a xx Xxxxxx Games

(1) Ocenění xxxxx §1 písm. x) se uděluje xxxxxxxxx xx medailové xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx na Xxxxxx Games.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) tvoří xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx medailové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx deaflympijských xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx ocenění xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx 2 500 000 Kč.

§3

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xx uděluje xxxxxxxxx xx vynikající xxxxxxxx xx významné xxxxxxxxxxx sportovní soutěži, xx xxxxxxxxx sportovní xxxxx xxxx za xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 písm. x) xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx v xxxxxxx do 200 000 Kč. Xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx zohledňuje xxxxxxxxx umístění xxxxxxxxx xxxx význam mimořádného xxxxxxxxxxx výkonu nebo xxxxxxxxxxxx. Xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x jednom xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx nesmí přesáhnout 2 000 000 Xx.

§3x

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx agentury xxx xxxxxxx a členy xxxxxxxxxxxx týmu sportovce xx xxxxxxxxx umístění xxxxxxxxx xxxx sportovního xxxx na olympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, deaflympijských xxxxx xxxx xx Global Xxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. c) xx uděluje xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx týmu, xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx olympijských, paralympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hrách nebo xx Global Xxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx podle §1 xxxx. x) tvoří xxxxx xxxx peněžní xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx svěřeného sportovce xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, paralympijských, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx medailové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx 5 xxxxxxxxx nesmí xxxxxxxxxx 800 000 Xx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx za xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxx 6 nebo více xxxxxxxxx xxxxx přesáhnout 1 300 000 Xx. Xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx trenérů x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx stanoví s xxxxxxxxxxxx k xxxxxx xxxxxx na xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx sportovního xxxx xxxxxxxx Národní sportovní xxxxxxxx.
