§1

x) Ocenění xxxxxxxx Národní xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx umístění xx olympijských, paralympijských x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx Mezinárodní xxxxxxxx xxx sport xxxx x mentálním xxxxxxxxxx (xxxx xxx "Xxxxxx Games"),

b) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

x) Xxxxxxx předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx trenéry a xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Games.

§2

Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x deaflympijských xxxxx a xx Xxxxxx Games

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) se xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx deaflympijských xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 písm. x) xxxxx xxxxx xxxx peněžní xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx deaflympijských xxxxx nebo xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx ocenění nesmí xxxxxxxxxx 2 500 000 Xx.

§3

Xxxxxxx předsedy Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) se xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx za vynikající xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx soutěži, xx xxxxxxxxx sportovní xxxxx nebo za xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

(2) Ocenění podle §1 písm. x) xxxxx peněžní xxxx xxxxx ocenění x xxxxxxx do 200 000 Kč. Xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx zohledňuje xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx význam xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx. Součet xxxxxx xxxxxx ocenění xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx kalendářním xxxx nesmí xxxxxxxxxx 2 000 000 Xx.

§3a

Ocenění xxxxxxxx Národní xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx a členy xxxxxxxxxxxx týmu xxxxxxxxx xx medailové xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Global Xxxxx

(1) Ocenění xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x členovi xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx týmu, xxxxx xxxxxx medailové umístění xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx hrách nebo xx Xxxxxx Xxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx podle §1 xxxx. x) xxxxx xxxxx nebo xxxxxxx xxxxxxx zohledňující xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx svěřeného sportovce xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xx Xxxxxx Games. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xx jedno xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx individuálního sportovce xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx 5 xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx 800 000 Xx. Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx trenérů x členů xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx za jedno xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx sportovního xxxx x počtu 6 xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx přesáhnout 1 300 000 Xx. Konkrétní výši xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x členů realizačního xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxx xx dosaženém xxxxxxxxxx umístění xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx sportovní xxxxxxxx.
