§1

Předmět xxxxxx

(1) Tato xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx finančních a xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx práva x xxxxxxx energetického zařízení, xxxxxxxxxxx prohlášení odpovědného xxxxxxxx x vzory xxxxxxx k udělení, xxxxx a xxxxxxx xxxxxxx a xxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx v jiném xxxxxxxx xxxxx Evropské xxxx.

§2

(4) Žadatel xxxx xxxxxxxxx potvrzením xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx správou xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx nedoplatky xx pojistném a xx xxxxxx na xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxx xx státní xxxxxxxx zaměstnanosti.

(5) Žadatel xxxx xxxxxxxxx, že xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx zdravotní pojištění x xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx doklady xxxxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 3 xxxx 4, xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx osvědčujícím xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení, xxxxxx xx

x) u xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx o xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení, xxxxx jiný xxxxxx xxxxxxx ukládá povinnost xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx provedení výchozí xxxxxx xxxx uvedením xx provozu,

(3) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx energetického xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 nebo 2 xxxxxxx xxx xx xxx, xx xxxxxxx xxxx předkládány Energetickému xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx (xxxx xxx "Xxxx"), starší 6 měsíců, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx předpis xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx jejich xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx.

(4) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx splnění xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx

x) xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx, xxxxx je xxxxx xxxxxxx zákona xxxxxxxx k xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x provozování xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx,

§4

Prokazování odborné způsobilosti

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx diplomem, xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx jiným xxxxxxxx x dosaženém xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx rekvalifikace xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx vydaným xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x souladu x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx v době xxxxxxxx xxxx rekvalifikace.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx v oboru xxxxxxxxxx x zaměstnání xxxx pracovním posudkem²⁾, xxxxxxxxx jiným hodnověrným xxxxxxxx, xxxxxx-xx praxi x oboru x xxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx. Xxxxxx-xx xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxx výkonem xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx

x) xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx rejstříku xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxx státě x

(3) Xxx prokazování xxxxxxx odborné xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx jiné xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx příslušníků států Xxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxxxxx podle zákona x xxxxxxxx odborné xxxxxxxxxxx³⁾.

§5

Prokazování xxxxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení

(1) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx žadatel xxxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxx z xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx-xx se xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx

x) xxxxxxxx nebo jiným xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx práva, nezapisuje-li xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx nemovitostí.

(2) Xxxxxxx právo x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxx z xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx-xx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx zápisu x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx

(4) Není-li žadatel xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx Xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x odstavcích 1 xx 3.

§6

§9
