§1

Xxxxxxx xxxxxx

(1) Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx finančních a xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxx způsobilosti pro xxxxxxxxxx druhy xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxx vymezeného xxxxx a provozovny, xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení, xxxxxxxxxxx prohlášení xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx x udělení, xxxxx a xxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx o uznání xxxxxxxxx k podnikání xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx Evropské xxxx.

(2) Tato xxxxxxxx xxxx stanoví xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x udělení xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx platnosti xxxxxxxxx x činnosti xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

§2

a) xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x), x xx

(4) Xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx vydaným xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx správou xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx pojistném x xx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx zabezpečení x xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

(5) Žadatel xxxx xxxxxxxxx, že xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx na xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx pojištění x xxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx, které xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx vydanými xxxxx odstavce 3 xxxx 4, xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx důvodné xxxxxxxxxxx.

§3

Prokazování technických xxxxxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxx prokazuje xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx předpokladů xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx osvědčujícím xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxxx je

a) x xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení xxxx xxxxxxxxx do xxxxxxx xxxxxx o xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxx jiný právní xxxxxxx xxxxxx povinnost xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx výchozí xxxxxx xxxx uvedením xx xxxxxxx,

x) energetického xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx

1. xxxxxxxxx povolením, xxxxx provedení xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx ve xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, nebo

2. xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx o xxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx,

x) ostatních xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx do xxxxxxx

1. územním xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx se xxxxx o stavbu xxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx,

2. xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, pokud xx xxxxx o xxxxxx xxxx zařízení, které xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx,

§4

Xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx způsobilosti

(1) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, maturitním xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx dokládá xxxxxxx osvědčením o xxxxxxxxxxxxx vydaným xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x oboru xxxxxxxxxx o zaměstnání xxxx pracovním xxxxxxxx²⁾, xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, získal-li praxi x xxxxx v xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx. Získal-li xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, dokládá získanou xxxxx

x) xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx rejstříku vedeného x xxxxx státě x

x) daňovým přiznáním xxxx jiným xxxxxxxx, x xxxxx xx xxxxxx, xx vykonával xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxx po xxxx vyžadovanou xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.

(3) Xxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx odborné xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx Xxxxxxxx unie xx xxxxxxxxx podle zákona x uznávání odborné xxxxxxxxxxx³⁾.

§5

Prokazování xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx

(1) Xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxx z katastru xxxxxxxxxxx, zapisuje-li xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx

x) xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx, nezapisuje-li xx vlastnické xxxxx xx katastru nemovitostí.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx zařízení žadatel xxxxxxxxx

x) xxxxxxx z xxxxxxxx nemovitostí, xxxxxxx-xx xxxxx užívat nemovitost xx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxx

x) xxxxxxxx, xx základě xxxxx xxxxxxxx vzniká xxxxx xxxxxx dané xxxxxxxxxxx zařízení, xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx užívacího xxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx-xx xx xxxxxxx xxxxx xx katastru xxxxxxxxxxx.

(3) Xxxxx-xx vlastnické xxxxx nebo xxxxxxx xxxxx x energetickému xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x odstavci 1 xxxx 2, xxx xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x jiným xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx.

(4) Není-li xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx energetického zařízení, xxxxxxx xx vyžádání Xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx v odstavcích 1 xx 3.

§6

Xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx území

(1) Xxxxxxxx území se x xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx licence x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx distribuce xxxxxxxxx, distribuce xxxxx xxxx rozvodu xxxxxxx xxxxxxx
