§1

(2) Xxxx xxxxxxxxx formuláře "Xxxxxx xxxx" v xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxx x příloze č. 2 k xxxx xxxxxxxx.
(3) Xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx "Xxxxxxx xxxx" v xxxxxxxx podobě je xxxxxx x příloze č. 3 x této vyhlášce.
(4) Xxxxx sčítacích xxxxxxxxx v elektronické xxxxxx (dále jen "xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx") jsou xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx se xxxxx sčítacích formulářů x xxxxxxxx xxxxxx (xxxx jen "listinné xxxxxxxxx").

Evidenční xxx sčítacího formuláře
(1) Na xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxx evidenční xxx, xxxxx xxxxxx ke xxxxxxxxx pohybu xxxxxxxxx xxxxx jeho xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx až xx vstup formuláře xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx. Xxxx xx xx xxx xxxxxx potvrzovací xxx sloužící x xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx podobě xxxxxxxxx. Xxxxxxxxx xxx x xxxxxxxxxxx kód xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx heslo.

§3
Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx
(1) Xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx mají podobu xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx XXX (Xxxxxxxx Document Xxxxxx).
(2) Elektronické xxxxxxxxx získají povinné xxxxx xxx §7 xxxxxx na xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx s xxxxxxxx evidenčního x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx.
