§1

(1) Skutečnosti xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx obsaženy x xxxxxxxxx hospodářského x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx ministrem xxxxxx Československé xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxx. Xx zpracování x xxxxxxxxxx těchto seznamů xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x republikové xxxxxxxx xxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx.

§2
Za ochranu xxxxxxxxxxxxx x služebního xxxxxxxxx x orgánech x xxxxxxxxxxxx (dále xxx "xxxxxxxxxx ") xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx vedoucí, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx vytvářet xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx zabezpečení xxxxxxx hospodářského a xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx předpisů x xxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx a opatření x xxxxxx porušení.
§3
(1) S hospodářským x xxxxxxxxx tajemstvím x xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx při xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx osoby, xxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, že xxxxxxxxxxx x služební tajemství xxxxxx ohroženo xxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx organizace xxx styk s xxxxxxxxxxxx x služebním xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.
(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx nebo xxx xxxxxxxx pracovník xxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxx, xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx s xxxxxxxxxxxx x služebním xxxxxxxxxx.
§4
Xxxxxxx x xxxxx xxx státní xxxxxxxxxxxx xx může xxxxxxxxxx x hospodářským x xxxxxxxxx tajemstvím xxxxx xx souhlasem xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, xxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx dohodou xxxxxxxxx jinak.

Xxxxxxxxxx xx povinna xxxxxxxxxx, aby osoba, xxxxx xxxx xxx xxxxxx pracovních xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx tajemstvím, xxxx xxxxxxxxx s xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, xxx xxx xx xxxxxxxxx x předpisů upravujících xxxxxxx xxxxxx tajemství xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx x služebního xxxxxxxxx.
§6
Povinnosti xxxx určených xxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
(1) Xxxxx, xxxxx xxx plnění svých xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, je xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx mlčenlivost x xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, x xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx, a xxxx, xxx nedošlo x jejich xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxx se tato xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxx nepovolaných xxxx.
