s ohledem xx Xxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxx,

x&xxxx;xxxxxxx na xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx parlamentu x&xxxx;Xxxx (XX) x.&xxxx;528/2012 xx xxx 22.&xxxx;xxxxxx&xxxx;2012 o dodávání xxxxxxxxxx přípravků na xxx a jejich xxxxxxxxx&xxxx;(1), x&xxxx;xxxxxxx xx čl. 89 xxxx.&xxxx;1 xxxxx pododstavec xxxxxxxxx nařízení,

vzhledem k těmto xxxxxxx:

Xxxxxxx XX xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx (XX) x.&xxxx;1062/2014&xxxx;(2) obsahuje xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx x&xxxx;xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx dne 6.&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx&xxxx;2018.

Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx XX xxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx pravomoci (XX) č. 1062/2014 xxxx xxxx definována xxxxx xxxxxx&xxxx;13 xxxxxxxxx nařízení x&xxxx;xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx látky x&xxxx;xxxxxxxx odpovídající xxxxx xxxxxxxx látky.

Poté, xx Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx (dále xxx „agentura“) zveřejnila xxxxxxxxx výzvu k převzetí xxxx účastníka pro xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx x&xxxx;xxxx xxxxxxxxx, xx xxx se xxxxxxxx stávající xxxxxxxx xxxxx, xxx xxxxxx xxxx identita látky, xxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx x&xxxx;xxxx xxxxxxxxx oznámené xxxxx xx.&xxxx;14 xxxx.&xxxx;1 písm. x), u nichž xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx.&xxxx;17 xxxx.&xxxx;2 nařízení x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx (XX) č. 1062/2014, xxxxxxxx xx přílohy XX xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx&xxxx;18 uvedeného xxxxxxxx.

Xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx s čl. 16 xxxx.&xxxx;4 nařízení v přenesené xxxxxxxxx (XX) x.&xxxx;1062/2014 xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx všem xxxxxx, xxxxx x&xxxx;xx měly xxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx v typu xxxxxxxxx 19, v jejichž xxxxxxx xxxx využito xxxxxxxx xxx potraviny a krmiva xxxxx článku 6 xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx (XX) x.&xxxx;1451/2007&xxxx;(3). X&xxxx;xxxxxxx x&xxxx;xx.&xxxx;16 odst. 5 xxxx předložena xxx xxxxxxxx týkající se xxxxxxxxxxx másla x&xxxx;xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxx xxxxxxxxx 19 a agentura xxxxxxxx, že xxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx x&xxxx;xx.&xxxx;17 xxxx.&xxxx;2 xxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx pravomoci (XX) x.&xxxx;1062/2014. Xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xxxx být xxxxxxxx xx přílohy XX xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx&xxxx;18 uvedeného xxxxxxxx.

Xxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxx látky, xxxxx xxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx, již xxxxxx xxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxx XX xxxxxxxx x&xxxx;xxxxxxxxx pravomoci (XX) č. 1062/2014 uvedeny.
