§1

§2

(2) Xxxxxxxxxx druhy xxxxx, jehož vývoz x xxxxx je xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, stanoví xxxxxxxxxx podle potřeby xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx opatřením.

(3) Xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx provádět xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

§3

Xx xxxxxxx společnosti xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx obchodu.

§4

Xxxxx, podnik zahraničního xxxxxxx,*) se ke xxx 1. xxxxx 1968 slučuje xx xxxxxxxxxxx s xxxxx xxxxxxxxx. Jeho majetek x závazky xxxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx, která xx xxx stává xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.
