Čl. I

Vyhláška x. 8/1959 Ú. l., xxxxxx se xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx mění x doplňuje takto:

1. §9 xxxx. 2 xxx:

"(2) Tolerance xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x tnp pro xxxxxxx účely činí + 3 %, xxx xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx 10 %. Xxxx x teploty xxxx, xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx vody, xxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, sjednané ve xxxxxxx."

2. §22 xxxx. 1 xxx:

"(1) Xx xxxxxxxx, neodebrání xxxx xxxxxxxxxx měsíčního (x xxxxxxx xxxxx xxx xxxx v obytných xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx), xxxx. xxxxxxxxxxxx (x xxxxxxx tepla pro xxxxxxx xxxxx) xxxxxxxx xxxxx (tnp), sjednaného xx xxxxxxx se xxxxxxx xxxx majetkové xxxxxx:

x) nedodá-li dodavatel xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx tepla xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx za xxxxx, xxxx. xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxx odběrní xxxxx, xx povinen xxxxxxxx odběrateli jednorázové xxxxxx xx výši 10 % ceny xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx,

x) xxxxxxxxx-xx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx na xxxxx, xxxx. čtvrtletí xxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx jednorázové xxxxxx xx xxxx 10 % xxxx za xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxx,

x) xxxxxxxx-xx odběratel xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx smlouvou xx měsíc, xxxx. xxxxxxxxx pro xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx dodavateli xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx ve xxxx 10 % xxxx, tj. Kčs 3,40 za každou xxxxxxxxxxx xxx pro xxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxx x sídlištích, xxxx. Xxx 40,- xx xxxxxx překročenou xxx xxx xxxxxxx xxxxx."
