§1

(1) Zřizují se xxxxxxxxxxx instituty v Xxxxx, x Xxxxxxxx xxx Xxxxx, v Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx, v Xxxxx, v Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, v Xxxx xxx Xxxxx, x Xxxxxxx, v Hradci Xxxxxxx, v Pardubicích, x Jihlavě, v Xxxx, x Xxxxxxxx, x Xxxxxxxxxxx, v Xxxxxxx, x Xxxxxx, x Xxxxx, v Xxxxxx Bystrici, x Xxxxxxxx x x Xxxxxxx xxxx vysoké xxxxx.

(2) Pedagogický institut x Xxxxxxx xx xxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx tohoto xxxxxxxx.

§2

(1) Xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx se xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx pro xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx všeobecné xxxxxxxx.

(2) Studium xxxxxxxxxx xxx šesté x xxxxx postupné ročníky xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxx 4 roky.

(3) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx pro xxxxx xx páté xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx docházky xxxx 3 xxxx.

§3

Pedagogické instituty jsou xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx.

§4

(1) X xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx, xxxxx má xxx zástupce; ředitele x xxxx zástupce xxxxxxx ministr školství x kultury.

(2) Xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx institutu, xxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxx xxxxxxx, xxxxx určí xxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx; xx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, které určí xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx a xxxxxxx, vykonávají xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx vysoké školy.

§5

(1) Pro xxxxx xxxxxx pedagogických institutů xx zřizuje xxxxxxxxxxx.

(2) Xxxxxxxxx úřadem xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx je xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx; jejich xxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxx krajského xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx tuto xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx ředitelství xxxxxxxxxxxxx institutu.

§6

Na xxxxxxxxxxxxx institutech xxxxxx xxxxx učitelů xxxxxxxxx x §25 xxxx. 1 zákona x. 58/1950 Xx., x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, xx xxxxx zákona x. 46/1956 Xx., xxx xxxxx učitelé.

§7

Xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxxx; provede xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx x dohodě xx zúčastněnými členy xxxxx.
