§1

Xxxxxxxx financí a xxxxxxx xxxxxx se xxxxxxxx, xxx x xxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx (zaopatřovací) xxxxx, xxxxx xx považuje xx zaniklý podle §1 xxxx. 2 xxxxxx, xxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, x xxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx §2 tohoto xxxxxxxx.

§2

Nárok na odpočivné (xxxxxxxxxxxx) xxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx jen xxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxx pensijní xxxxxxxxxx xxxx v xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxx, xxxxxx xxx byla po xxx 5. xxxxxx 1945 xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx zjištění, xx jde x xxxxx, které xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. 4 xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx republiky xx xxx 2. xxxxx 1945, č. 33 Xx., jako Xxxxx, xx xxxxxxx nenabyly xx okupace xxxxxxx xxxxxx příslušnosti ani xx xxxxxxxxx k xxxxxxx národnosti, x xxxxx mají xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx zřízení.

§3
