§1
(1) X xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx v článku I xxxxxx x. 161/1949 Sb. se xxxxxxx xxxxx určuje xxxxxx xxxxxxxx:
x) x xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx činnost xxxxxx x xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx investičního xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxx části xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx zboží v xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx podle xxxxxxx uvedených x xxxxxxxx 2;
x) x xxxxxxx, xxxxxxx činnost xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x dodávání xxxxxx, xxxxxxxx hodnotou xxxxxxxxxxxx majetku.
(2) Xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx jednotlivých xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx stanoví xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x dohodě s xxxxxxxxx financí xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx podniku. Xxxxxxx vnitřního xxxxxxx xxxx x dohodě x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx vypracování xxxxxx na xxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxx určí xxxxxx, xxxxx se xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx x podniku xx zřetelem x xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx, x x xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxx normálního xxxxxx, xxxxx má xxxx kryta xxxxxxxx xxxxxx.
§2
