§1

§2

(1) Xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §1 (dále xxx "fondy") po 30. xxxx 1948 xx považuje xx xxxx xxxxxxxxx u Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx pojišťovny.

(2) Xxxxxxxx xxxx členství x xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §1 č. 1 x xxxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x §1 č. 2 se xxxxxxxx xx dobu xxxxxxxxx xxxxx zákona xx xxx 9. xxxxx 1924, č. 221 Xx., x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx pro xxxxxx xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx, xx znění xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxx. §3

(1) Xx závazky, xxxxx Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx přejímá xxxxx §247 xxxx. 3 xxxxxx x národním xxxxxxxxx x §2 xxxxxx nařízení, poskytne xx právní xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx byl xxxx xxxxxx (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxxxxxx"), xxxxxx, xxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx roční xxxx xxx části xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx fondem xxxxx xxxxx xx dni 30. září 1948, xxxxxx, kdyby xxx x xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xx xxx příslušný xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx předpisů hradil xx svého.

(2) O xxxxxxx poskytnutí xxxxxx xxxxxxx se Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx se xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Nedojde-li x xxxxxx, xxxxxxxx ministerstvo xxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxx.

(3) Xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 xxxxxx zaměstnavatel Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx pojišťovně, xxxxx xx tak xxx xxxxxxx, xxxxxx, která xx xxxx xx xxxx od 1. xxxxx 1948 xx 30. xxxx 1949 xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxx fondu xxxx bývali pojištěni x Ústřední národní xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx §1 xxxx. x) zákona x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

§4

Xxxxxxx dosud xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx částek, vyplývající xx vzájemných přestupů xxxxxxxxxxx mezi xxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx pojištění xxxx xxxx fondy x xxxxxxxx pensijním xxxxxxxxxxx, se xxxxxxxx xx provedené.

§5

Xxxxxxxx ministerstva xxxxxxxx xxxx xx xxx 7. října 1948, x. 2439 Ú. x. I, xxxxx xx nepříčí xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nařízení, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

§6

Xxxx xxxxxxxx nabývá xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx; xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxx x sociální xxxx x xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxxxx ministry.
