§1

(1) Xxxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx opisů (xxxxxxxxx) xxxxxx x xxxxxxx xx listinách xxx nahradit xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx výboru, xxxxx xxxxx o xxxxxxx, xxxxx xx xxx použito x xxxxxx.

(2) Xxxx ověřování xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxxx místní xxxxxxx xxxxxx pověřené xxxxxxx xxxxxx. Nemůže-li xxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx důvodů xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx provést, odkáže xxxxxxxx na xxxxxx xxxx nebo xx xxxxxx notářství. Xx xxxx xxxxxx x x xxxxxx případech, xxxxxxxx-xx xx za xxxxxx.

(3) Xxxxxxx nemohou xxx xxxxx (fotokopie) xxxxxxxxxx, občanských x xxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx.

§2
