§1

Důchodcům, xxxxx mají x měsíci prosinci 1947 nárok xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xx xxx 18. xxxxxxxx 1946, č. 164 Sb., x xxxx o vojenské x válečné xxxxxxxxxx x oběti války x xxxxxxxxxx persekuce (x xxxxxx jen "xxxxx"), xxxxxxxx xx xxx xxx 1947 xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx příspěvek (xxxx xxx "xxxxxxxxx").

§2

(1) Příspěvek xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx, x xxxxx snížení xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxx stanoveno xx

45 až 54 %, xxxxxxx 600 Xxx,

55 xx 64 %, xxxxxxx 720 Xxx,

65 xx 74 %, xxxxxxx 840 Xxx,

75 xx 84 %, xxxxxxx 960 Xxx,

85 xx 94 %, částkou 1080 Xxx a

95 až 100 %, částkou 1200 Kčs.

(2) Xxxxxxxxx xx zvyšuje o 300 Xxx za xxxxx xxxx, xx xxxxx xxxxxxxx invalidovi xxxxxxxxx podle §21 xxxxxx.

(3) Invalidům, kterým xxx přiznán příplatek xxxxxxxxxx nebo xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx §19 xxxxxx se xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x 300 Xxx.

§3

Xxxxxxxxx pro xxxxxxxxx xx stanoví:

a) xxx xxxxx, družku xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxx 1000 Xxx,

x) xxx jiné xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx 700 Xxx.

§4

(1) Xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx:

1. xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxx platů x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

2. poživatelům xxxxxxx z xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx,

3. xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxx xxx x xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxxxxxxx k výdělku xx snížena podle xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx úrazového xxxxxxxxx x xxxx xxx 50 %,

4. xxxxxx, xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx měsíční xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx x xxxxxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx 1947 xxxx než 8.000 Xxx a

(2) Příspěvek xxxx xxxxxxxxxx osobám v xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx na xxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx x xxxx 1947; xxxx-xx xxxx ze xxxxx zaměstnání xxxxx xxx xx poměrnou xxxx vánočního xxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx zákona xxx ve výši xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxx.

§5
