§1

Xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxx

Xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx fyzických xxxx, xxxxx se xxxxxxxx chovem xxxxxx, x xxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxx, xxxx xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxx xx x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx zabývají xxxxxx zvířat, musí xxx chovu xxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx podmínky:

a) xxxxxxxxxx chovných xxxxxx xx přípustná u

1. xxxxxx xxxxxx xx 50 xx kohoutkové xxxxx xxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx čtrnáctého xxxxxx xxxx až xx xxx ukončeného xxxxxx xxxx xxxx x xxx, ode dne xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxx x xxx, x

2. xxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx 50 xx xxxxxxxxxx výšky xxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx do xxx xxxxxxxxxx osmého roku x xxx, ode xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx až xxxxxxxxx x psů,

d) xxxx xxxx pouze xxxxxx počet xxxxxx, xxxxx odpovídá xxxx xxxxxxxxx kondici podle xxxxxxxxx veterinárním xxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx štěňatům xxxx xxxxxxxx zajistit xxxxxxxx xxxxxx,

x) xxxxxxxxx xxxxx vrhů x xxxxxx xxxx xx 3 za xxxxxx 24 měsíců,

f) minimální xxx pro odběr xxxxxx xx feny xx 50 dnů.

§2

Podmínky xxxxx koček

Sdružení xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx, která xx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx, x chovatelé, xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx členy, xxxx podnikatelé, kteří xx v rámci xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx zabývají xxxxxx zvířat, musí xxx chovu xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx:

x) xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx zvířat xx přípustná x xxxxx ode xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx roku xxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxxxx devátého xxxx xxxx, x kocourů xxx xxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxx xx neomezeně; ve xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx je xxxxx krytí ode xxx ukončeného devátého xxxxxx xxxx, a xx xxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x vyšetření xxxxxxx na začátku xxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx x celkovém xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx a xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx zvířete,

b) x xxxxx, které xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxx, xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx pouze na xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx veterinárního xxxxxx o vyšetření xxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxxxxxx stav xxxxxxx umožňuje xxx xxxxxxxxxx rizik,

c) xxxxxxxxx xxxxx vrhů chovné xxxxx je 3 xx xxxxxx 24 xxxxxx,

x) xxxxx xxx xxxxx pouze xxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx, který xxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx, podle xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx lékařem, xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx,

x) xxxxxxxxx věk xxx xxxxx xxxxx xx xxxxx xx 84 dnů.

§3

Zrušovací xxxxxxxxxx

Účinnost
