1. V §9 xx na xxxxx xxxxxxxx 1 xxxxxxxx xxxx „Xxxxxx xx období xx 1. xxxxx 2023 xx 31. xxxxxxxx 2023 se xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx 20. xxxxx 2024.“.

2. (9) Xxxxxx-xx Energetický xxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxx §19x xxxx. 5 xxxx xxxxx energetického zákona xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx prokazatelné ztráty x xxxxxxxxxxx zisku xx ověření xxxxx x xxxxxxx o xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx ztráty x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxx odstavce 8, podává obchodník x xxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxx opravnou novou xxxxxx x úhradu xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx §19x odst. 5 xxxx xxxxx energetického xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xx 22. xxxxxx 2024.“.
