Xxxxxxxxxxxx zdravotnictví stanoví xxxxx §10 xxxx. 7 zákona x. 285/2002 Xx., x xxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx tkání x xxxxxx x x xxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx (xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxx), ve xxxxx xxxxxx x. 44/2013 Sb.:

Vyhláška č. 115/2013 Sb., x xxxxxxxxx specializované xxxxxxxxxxxx lékařů zjišťujících xxxx a xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx potvrzující xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx pro xxxxx odběru xxxxx xxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxx x specializované xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxxxx smrt xxx xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxx), xx xxxx takto:

1. V §1 xxxx. 3 xxxx. a) xxxx 1, §1 xxxx. 3 xxxx. x) xxxx 1, §2 xxxx. 2 xxxx. x) bodě 1 x x §2 xxxx. 2 písm. x) bodě 1 xx xx slova "xxxxxx lékařství" vkládají xxxxx "xxxx xxxxxxxxx".

2. X §1 xxxx. 3 xxxx. x) xxxx 2 xx xx xxxxx "zvláštní xxxxxxxx způsobilost" xxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxx zvláštní xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx způsobilost".

3. V §1 xxxx. 3 xxxx. x), §2 xxxx. 2 xxxx. x) x v §2 xxxx. 2 xxxx. b) xx xx xxxxxxx xxxx 2 xxxxx "odbornou xxxxxxxxxxx" xxxxxxxxx xxxxx "xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx".

4. X §2 xxxx. 2 úvodní xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x x §3 xxxx. 5 písm. x) xx xxxxx "xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx" nahrazují xxxxx "specializovanou xxxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxx odbornou xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx".

5. X §3 xxxxxxxx 1 xxx:

"(1) Xxxxx provádějící xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx možného xxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx mít xxxxxxxx odbornou xxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx radiologie x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.".

6. X §3 xx xx odstavec 1 xxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxx 2, xxxxx zní:

"(2) Xxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxx možného xxxxx xxxxxx počítačové xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxxx xxxx mít xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx způsobilost x xxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx.".

7. X §3 xxxx. 4 písmena x) x b) xxxxx:

"x) specializovanou xxxxxxxxxxx x xxxxx radiologie x zobrazovací xxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxx, xxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxx a xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxx, xxxx
