1. V §12 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xx xx xxxxx xxxx 1 xxxxx "a" zrušuje.

2. X §12 xxxx. 1 xxxx. x) xxx 2 zní:

"2. xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx nové xxxxxx nepřekročí zastavěnou xxxxxx odstraněné xxxxxx, xxxxxxx minimálně 80 % xxxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx stavby se xxxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx xxxxxx, a".
